On June 1, 2026, a significant milestone in our organization's history will be marked by the acquisition of RE/MAX Actif by RE/MAX du Cartier. This union brings together two agencies recognized for their leadership, expertise, and commitment to their clients, while preserving the identity and values that have built RE/MAX Actif's reputation over the decades.

Present within the RE/MAX network since 1984, RE/MAX Actif has built its reputation through its closeness to clients, market expertise, and the quality of support offered at every stage of a real estate transaction. Today, this legacy continues to guide each of our actions.

This integration aligns with the growth vision of RE/MAX du Cartier, which also acquired RE/MAX Bonjour in June 2025. Together, these agencies now form one of the largest real estate groups in Quebec, bringing together more than 625 real estate professionals across 17 business locations, from Saint-Bruno to Tremblant, including Montreal, Laval, and the Laurentians.

For nearly 40 years, RE/MAX has supported Enfant Soleil, a non-profit organization that raises funds to help sick children across the province. Since the beginning of this collaboration, RE/MAX has raised over 25 million dollars to support the development of high-quality pediatric care for all children in Quebec.
